Services

Every service, in seven areas.

Salsamani works across seven service areas. The strategy, brand, people and international services apply in any sector. The stable, racing and agency services are built for horse racing and the operations that support it: training yards, racehorse breeding, bloodstock sales and racecourses. Each service below is described by what it covers in practice; the exact scope of any assignment is set by your brief.

01

Strategy, Projects & Development

Direction, delivery and control for organisations and initiatives.

  • Strategic Management

Setting direction: goals, priorities and the plan to reach them, then keeping the organisation aligned to it as conditions change.

  • Project Management

Delivering a defined piece of work to an agreed time, budget and standard: planning, coordination, tracking and close-out.

  • Sector & Programme Management

Managing an agreed programme or initiative within a sector: its participants, partners, milestones and reporting, from launch to completion.

  • Development & Build Management

Client-side oversight of development and construction: brief, appointments, programme, budget and handover.

  • Risk Management

Identifying what could disrupt the objective, assessing it, and putting controls and contingencies in place before it does.

  • Opportunity Management

Identifying and assessing openings that advance the objective, and pursuing the ones with a clear case.

02

Brand, Media & Public Relations

How an organisation, project or individual is presented and discussed.

  • Brand Identity Management

Defining how the brand looks, sounds and behaves, and keeping its use consistent across every channel and partner.

  • Media Management

Managing media activity: content, channels, coverage, interviews and the schedule behind them.

  • Public Relations Management

Managing reputation and relationships with the public, partners and the press, including announcements, statements and sensitive moments.

03

People, Communication & Planning

The working routine that keeps an organisation moving.

  • People & Workforce Management

Organising teams and staffing: roles, responsibilities, rotas, performance and coordination.

  • Communication & Meeting Management

Running the flow of information: agendas, minutes, follow-up actions and correspondence, internal and external.

  • Task Management

Tracking what needs doing, by whom and by when, and following it through to completion.

  • Schedule Management

Building and maintaining calendars and timelines so commitments, deadlines and events do not collide.

  • Participation Management

Coordinating involvement in events, programmes, committees and partnerships: registrations, commitments, attendance and follow-up.

  • Annual, Monthly & Weekly Planning

Setting the plan at each horizon and reviewing it on a fixed rhythm, so yearly goals become monthly priorities and weekly tasks.

04

Stable & Horse Management

Operational management for racehorses and the yards that house them.

  • Stable Management

Running a racing yard: staffing, routines, supplies, facilities, records and budgets.

  • Horse Management

Managing individual racehorses through their programme: care, veterinary and farriery scheduling, training coordination, transport and records.

Racing & Racecourse Management

The operational side of racing, for courses and for participants.

  • Racecourse Management

Management of racecourse operations and race-day delivery: planning, coordination of departments and suppliers, and reporting.

  • Racing Participation Management

Managing a client's involvement in racing: the calendar, entries and declarations prepared and tracked for the responsible person to sign, travel and race-day logistics.

International Representation & Relationships

Acting for you across borders and keeping the relationships in order.

  • International Management

Managing activity, projects or operations outside your home market on your behalf, under an agreed brief.

  • Country-Specific Representation

Acting as your representative in a named country: presence, liaison, meetings and follow-up where you cannot be.

  • Global Relationship Management

Maintaining your relationships with partners, counterparts and institutions across countries, with a clear record of contacts and commitments.

07

Specialist Agency & Custom Assignments

Representation for a specific interest in producing, acquiring or campaigning racehorses, and assignments that fit no category. Representation is carried out within the rules of the relevant racing authority; where a licence or registration is required, the brief identifies it before work starts.

  • Auction Representation

Representing you at bloodstock sales when buying or selling racehorses: catalogue review, inspection coordination, sale-credit and authority tracking, bidding only under a separately agreed bidding authority within set limits, and post-sale administration.

  • Racing Representation

Representing your racing interests with trainers, racecourses, authorities and partners.

  • Breeding Representation

Representing breeding interests in producing racehorses: stallion nominations, mare arrangements, boarding, and the sale or retention of the resulting stock.

  • Jockey Representation

Representing a jockey's interests: rides, engagements, travel and communication with trainers and owners.

  • Trainer Representation

Representing a trainer's interests: owner relations, new-client enquiries, commercial arrangements and communication.

  • Owner Representation

Acting for an owner with trainers, racecourses and authorities: reporting, attendance, and decisions within agreed authority.

  • Farm Representation

Representing a stud farm that breeds, raises or boards racehorses: its horses, services, sales and relationships with clients and partners.

  • Syndicate Representation

Representing a racing syndicate or partnership: member communication, decisions, coordination of accounts and race-day arrangements.

  • Bespoke Management

A role or assignment shaped to your objective where no standard service fits, with scope, responsibilities and fees defined in writing.
